Welcome to our luxury Santa Cruz vacation rental beach house, the East Cliff Beach Oasis, located in Santa Cruz along the beautiful Monterey Bay. Our ocean view vacation house is one short block from an expansive, dog-friendly beach near Pleasure Point, world famous surf destination. On East Cliff Drive between Capitola Village (voted one of the West's 20 Best Small Towns by Sunset Magazine) and the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk & Harbor, we are close to restaurants, entertainment, beaches, surfing, hiking, redwoods and more. We are conveniently located 40 minutes from the San Jose International Airport, 1 1/2 hours south of San Francisco, and 30 minutes North of Monterey/Carmel.
Our beautiful vacation home accomodates up to six people - we offer a relaxing, luxurious vacation for family and friends.

Welcome to our luxury vacation home located in Santa Cruz one short block from the beach. We offer luxury accommodations at our designer beach house that include the following:
*We comfortably sleep up to six people - the home is 1200 square feet
*Dog friendly (prior approval required)
*Large screen (42") Plasma HDTV with High Definition, DVD Player, IPOD docking station, surround sound speakers and outdoor speakers.
TV/DVD player in both bedrooms. A DVD library is provided.
*Fully stocked kitchen – pots, pans, utensils, knifes, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, dishware and flatware, spices, ice maker, dishwasher, six-burner professional Wolf range, organic coffee and teas, and more
*Hot Tub
*Outdoor shower with hot/cold water
*Unlimited wireless internet access
*Telephone with free local and long distance calls in the US, Canada and US Territories
*2 twin extra long beds (make king if desired – king linens provided)
*Cal King Bed with luxury linens and down pillows in the Master bedroom
*1 queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
*Dining room that accommodates 6 people and 3 additional people at the bar
*High capacity front loading washer and dryer with supplies

Property also has a small owner occupied cottage with a separate yard behind the main house.
